Studio Manager
Manage fashion studio’s daily operations: detailed, organized, strong communication skills and results oriented.
- Plan and lead Operational Calendar for the office
- Open and close the studio daily (M-F)
- Manage and order supplies for studio
- Manage maintenance of studio
- Shipping & fulfillment for webstore orders
- Manage daily shipping from office with Fed Ex, UPS, DHL and USPS
- Liaison with Public Relations to manage and monitor inventory and loaning of garments for PR, and any gifting
- Manage shipping of collection and loans for stores and markets
- Manage office social events, group outings, and activities
- Manage internal photoshoots, special projects, and runway shows
- Build style‑out packs for photoshoots
