Pay Range: $17.28 to $17.28
Job SummaryRank + Rally Los Angeles is seeking a hard-working, friendly, and energetic person to join our team. The E-Commerce Customer Service Representative’s core responsibilities will be providing excellent customer service to Rank+Rally online customers with direct interaction by email and phone. This position reports to the E-Commerce Marketing Specialist.
Responsibilities- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Ensure all phone, email, and customer service email platform inquiries are answered on a daily basis.
- Submit and follow-up on UPS claims on a weekly basis and ensure customer receives updated information with regards to their orders
- Provide quality service and e-commerce fulfillment support as needed in a variety of areas including but not limited to picking, packaging, cycle counts, inventory as needed and order fulfillment
- Responsible for working with e-commerce team on necessary ordering of office/warehouse supplies
- Processing of returns & exchanges daily to include restocking of product to correct E-commerce locations, communicating with E-Commerce team to ensure product is re-stocked properly online and returned to physical locations
- Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience
- Work closely with E-Commerce fulfillment team to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion. Investigate and find a solution to unfulfilled order on a daily basis
- Has a complete understanding of all company policies and procedures related to this position as outlined
- Maintain main office cleanliness and organization
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Proven working experience in customer service setting
- Previous experience with an e-mail marketing platform is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills
- Strong teambuilding skills
- Ability to manage workload toward a timeline/deadline
- Ability to develop strong relationships with fulfillment teams
- Extremely detail oriented
