Floral Designer

Overview

French Florist is seeking a creative, passionate, and experienced Floral Designer to join our team. This is your opportunity to work with the most beautiful blooms from around the world and craft breathtaking arrangements that make a lasting impression on our customers.

• Design and create custom floral arrangements for all occasions
• Work directly with customers to understand and fulfill their floral needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Ensure flower inventory is properly maintained and restocked
• Assist with unpacking and prepping floral shipments
• Perform other duties, as assigned

• Prior experience in floral design and strong knowledge of arrangement styles and techniques
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for color and balance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Genuine love for flowers and creativity in your work

• Ability to stand for extended periods during your shift
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Frequent use of hands and arms for cutting, arranging, and wrapping flowers
• Comfortable working in cooler environments and handling buckets of water and floral supplies

• Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
