You’ll take ownership of culinary execution across national activations, destination events, and our Los Angeles operations. When not traveling, you’ll support our Executive Chef locally and manage and develop our core culinary team in LA
, ensuring creativity, consistency, and excellence in everything we serve.

• Lead and mentor a talented culinary team across high-profile local and national events.

• Oversee production, presentation, and culinary precision from prep to plate.
• Support the Executive Chef locally while developing the Los Angeles culinary team.
• Represent Schaffer’s culture and brand through excellence, collaboration, and care.
