Location: Rooftop at Hotel Erwin, Venice Beach, CA
Pay: $22.50/hour + Tips
Position: Full-Time & Part-Time Available

Kassi Venice Beach is a high-energy, upscale rooftop restaurant and bar located atop Hotel Erwin, offering stunning ocean views, a lively atmosphere, and elevated Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. We’re seeking experienced, hospitality-driven Servers who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and know how to deliver standout guest experiences from first greeting to final farewell.

Must-Haves (Required)

• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum 2 years of serving experience (high-volume experience strongly preferred)
• A guest-first mindset—you prioritize hospitality over simply taking orders
• Ability to handle high volume and a fast-paced service
• Team-oriented mentality: running food, resetting tables, and supporting the floor
• Professional appearance, reliability, and punctuality

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred, Not Required)

• Experience with Toast POS or similar systems
• Cocktail and wine knowledge (or eagerness to learn)
• Experience serving large parties and full sections
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in a rooftop environment

• $22.50/hour + tips
