Dialog Café WEST LA is looking for a CLOSING LINE COOK (no late nights, HOURS ARE 12:30-8:30PM) to join our team who share the same core values, have a passion for cooking great food, are willing to learn new tasks, and can work in a fast‑paced environment. Must have prior professional kitchen knowledge. This location is located at 1835 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90025.

• Consistent execution of all food items (correct temperatures, quality control, presentation)
• Close stations efficiently and timely; maintain good ticket times under pressure
• Effective communication; team‑oriented individuals only
• Adheres to all health and safety standards; knowledge of local California ingredients highly preferred
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accomplish all major responsibilities
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
