Dialog Cafe WEST LA is looking for PREP COOKS to join our team who share the same core values, have a passion for cooking great food, are willing to learn new tasks, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Must have prior professional kitchen knowledge. This location is located at 1835 S Sepulveda (LOCATED INSIDE THE EQUINOX GYM)

• Consistent execution of all prep food items (following recipes, tasting product for quality)
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a clean workstation
• Effective communication needed, team oriented individuals only
• Ability to follow directions and recipes is very important; seeks knowledge of local California ingredients
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
• This position requires the ability to lift up to 30lbs
