founded in los angeles in 2007, bottega louie develops premier landmark restaurants, patisseries & cafés. Our objective is to deeply connect with the communities we serve by creating premium fine dining, patisserie, bakery and café experiences thoughtfully designed and accessible to everyone.

• top performers earn approximately $50 - $65.00/hour including tips (based on recent average sales data and depending on volume and performance)
• $17.87 of hourly compensation + $50 - $65 of tips (based on recent average top 25% of servers sales data)
• our top server last period made $65 per hour including tips
• 48 hours paid sick leave per year (accrues at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked subject to an 80 hour cap)
