Located in the gorgeous new expansion of Westfield Topanga, Topanga Social offers a vibrant mix of dining, drinks, play, and shopping. With over 50,000 square feet of flexible space, the venue hosts restaurants, bars, lounges, and 24 food outlets that cater to all tastes.

The Bartender is responsible for making, mixing, and pouring alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages while delivering friendly, cheerful, and timely service. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and instructs the Barback.

• Prepare drinks, serve wine, bottle beer, and draft beer.
• Follow all company cash‑handling procedures.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve drinks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar that meets company and Department of Health standards.
• Comply with all Liquor Authority standards.
• Store, label, and date all fruit and perishable items according to policy.
• Prepare items on production sheets for barbacks to pull and stock.
• Complete all waste logs as required.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

• Basic knowledge of beer and wine.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent (preferred).

• Availability to work a flexible schedule often including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to remain stationary for periods up to 8 hours in length.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and exert well‑paced mobility.
• Ability to use draft, wine keys, cash registers, and POS systems.
