Junior Broker Trainee

Overview

We are looking for a special person who thrives on change, is decisive, quick to act, results and goal-oriented, has a strong drive for achievement and an instinctive entrepreneurial spirit to join our team of top sales professionals in Woodland Hills. Our preferred candidate will have a California Real Estate Sales License. As a Junior Broker trainee at DAUM, you will work with some of the most successful and knowledgeable commercial real estate brokers in the business.

Your primary responsibility will be to cold call property and business owners while we teach and develop you the business towards a long and successful career in brokerage. Our top brokers make well over six figures and some in the seven figure range in annual income while helping company and property owners throughout the greater LA area save and make more money through better strategic positioning of their real estate assets.

If you like to work hard, play hard and make a lot of money then this is the "foot-in-the-door" you have been looking for.
