Property Management Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant with expertise in finding and screening tenants.

• Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities and turning prospects into residents.
• Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies.
• Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience.

• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing personality and excellent people skills.
• Exceptional leasing, sales, and marketing skills.
• Student housing experience a plus.
• Familiar with rental application process and lease signings.
• Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing.
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Pay Range: $19.50 USD - $23 USD
