$20.00/hr - $40.00/hr

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the property manager in overseeing daily operations of our commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include assisting with leasing activities, maintenance coordination, ensuring tenant satisfaction, rent collections, financial reporting and assist bookkeeper.

• Collecting rent, managing financial records, and ensure optimal cash flow and profitability of properties
• Coordinate property maintenance requests and repairs to ensure timely resolution
• Utilize property management software/excel for data entry and reporting
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
• Support asset manager and bookkeeper in financial reporting, rent collections, etc.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure properties

• Experience in property management or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using property management softwares, excel, word, outlook, quickbooks, etc.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
• Knowledge of property maintenance practices and coordination
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
