Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Associate, based in Los Angeles, CA. The Leasing Associate will be responsible for managing leasing activities, preparing and negotiating lease agreements, and assisting with lease administration tasks. Key responsibilities include showcasing properties to potential tenants, maintaining strong communication with clients and tenants, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The Leasing Associate will also gather market insights and assist in achieving client leasing objectives within a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Leasing and understanding of lease agreements
  • Proficiency in Lease Administration and related documentation processes
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong client and tenant relationships
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Experience in real estate or property management is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
