The focus is on learning sales talk, structure, and consistency so you can build confidence and credibility quickly. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $120,000+ In this opportunity, you will learn how to generate conversations, qualify opportunities, and nurture relationships that support team production.
You will work closely with experienced agents, reference active listings, and receive direct feedback that sharpens your communication skills. This position is designed to be a true stepping stone toward becoming a strong listing focused agent. With daily coaching, structured systems, and a clear growth path, this opportunity supports agents who enjoy connecting with people and want to learn how to build momentum through communication before transitioning into a listing focused business.
- Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us
- Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals
- Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
- Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent
- Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients
