First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+ In this opportunity, you will learn how to work with private and institutional investors, identify acquisition and disposition opportunities, analyze property performance, and guide transactions from initial outreach through closing. Professionals with backgrounds in sales, finance, or real estate are encouraged to apply, especially those seeking hands on deal experience and consistent growth within the commercial sector.

You will be supported by experienced investment advisors, advanced technology, and a structured onboarding and mentorship program designed to accelerate development. With access to robust research tools, organized data resources, and defined performance benchmarks, you will gain practical transaction experience while learning to operate confidently within the Century City and Westside commercial markets.

Responsibilities
  • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
  • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
  • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
  • Follow up on all leads and requests for information
Qualifications
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
  • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
