We are currently looking to hire a full-time Support Specialist in the Los Angeles, CA area to help support a national client. This position can be performed in a hybrid capacity and includes reporting duties to our St. Louis and Dallas offices.
- Responsible for liquor license management which includes License Expiration Status Tracker and Sales/Escrow Tracking.
- Property accounting duties which include paying property bills, balancing accounts and bill out fee to owners.
- Responsible for various project tracking which could include asphalt, LED lighting, recycling and remodels.
- Legal filings including back up as needed.
- Weekly checks of main office mail and distribution for property management department.
- Support for tenant vacancies which could include the following duties:
- Assist with potential tenant space showings and coordination with space turnover.
- Assist Specialty Leasing and brokers with access to 1045 marketed spaces.
- Schedule showings as needed and attend as necessary.
- Implement and follow through of new vendor set up process.
- Assist with immediate team support needs and provide portfolio support for team member PTO and field days.
- Ability to work with different departments including specialty maintenance, leasing and financial teams.
- Assist with lease document research.
- Experience in real estate or property management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, real estate or related field preferred
