, or a hands-on QC Manager who enjoys being close to the floor, the lab, and the people?
We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing site in Southern California that is seeking a Quality Control Manager to play a key role in day-to-day quality operations and long-term compliance.

- Hands-on leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Opportunity to lead, coach, and develop a small QC team
- Strong partnership with Operations and cross-functional teams
- A role that blends quality systems, people leadership, and execution
- Experience in Food & Beverage, Ingredients, Flavors, Pharma Manufacturing, or Nutraceuticals
- Direct experience maintaining BRC certification
, including audit preparation, corrective actions, and documentation - Strong working knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, batch records, and quality systems
- Prior experience leading or supervising QC teams
- Candidates currently at the QC Supervisor or Lead level are encouraged to apply if ready for a step up
- Bachelor's Degree required from a four-year college or university
