Responsibilities
  • Perform internal and external audits (ISO
    9001, AS9100) of manufacturing areas and drive the organization towards best practices.
  • Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams.
  • Participate in project management activities to ensure quality objectives are met.
Skills & Qualifications
  • MUST be familiar with IPC-610 and J-STD guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
