Registered Veterinary Technician – GP/Urgent Care – Culver City

• Assist doctors with outpatient cases and hospitalized patients.
• Provide outstanding client communication and education.
• Give and receive constructive feedback in real time.

• Adapt to an ever‑changing environment, taking urgent or emergent cases as they arrive.
• Deliver empathetic and helpful interactions to clients, vendors, peers, and managers.
• Perform technical skills including blood draw techniques, IV catheter placement, drug administration via various routes, medication calculations, pharmaceutical knowledge, proper patient handling, and housing.
• Train and develop hospital support staff.
• Support administrative duties such as inventory, ordering, and office maintenance.
• Exercise sound judgment when prioritizing next steps and communicating with clients, vendors, and peers.
• Function independently and as part of a team.
• Advocate for patients while providing exceptional comfort, diagnostic, surgical, and nursing care.
• Provide professional front desk coverage and phone support as needed, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive first impression for visitors.
• Other duties as assigned.

• RVT license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in veterinary medicine.
• Comfortable with front‑ and back‑office procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, proactive thinking, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness and ability to work in an ever‑changing environment.
• Strong dental and surgical skills.
