Express Chipping, Inc. provides a base pay range of $21.00/hr - $24.00/hr pay will be based on experience and skills.

You have experience working outdoors, familiar with pressure washing, pest control, window cleaning, etc. You will follow a coordinated schedule set by our team, reliably show up to clients, and deliver outstanding 5‑star service.

• Clean, groom, and deodorize artificial turf surfaces
• Provide exceptional customer service and discuss turf maintenance needs
• Maintain company‑provided vehicle
• Collaborate with other technicians and management
• Handle on‑site issues independently and meet customer needs
• Follow safety guidelines for equipment and outdoor work
• Travel out of state for scheduled jobs

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Detail‑oriented: ensure every detail is perfect before leaving the job site
• Comfortable with client interaction
• Self‑motivated and efficient
• Enjoy working outdoors and physical demands
• Coachable and open to learning new techniques

• Clean driving record; comfortable driving large vans (trailer experience a plus)
• Prior turf cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided)
• Willingness to travel to Arizona and Vegas
