Description of the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our dynamic medical team. As an OR RN, you will play a critical role in assisting surgeons and other healthcare professionals during surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and sterile environment for patients.

• Collaborate with the surgical team, including surgeons and anesthesiologists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Prepare surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies necessary for surgical procedures.
• Maintain a sterile operating room environment and adhere to strict infection control protocols.
• Assist in positioning and draping patients for surgery.
• Administer medications and monitor patients' vital signs before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Assist with surgical site preparation and closing.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

• Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operating Room RN.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Excellent knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
