Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in Exeter, CA.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care across all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and managing acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct physical examinations, develop care plans, perform diagnostics, and interpret results.
- Educate patients on health management and ensure accurate documentation in EHR systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Active FNP or PA license in California, with preferred experience in primary care, pediatrics, geriatrics, and chronic disease management.
