Role Overview :

We are seeking experienced Hospice Nurses and Hospice Aides who specialize in end-of-life care. You will provide pain management, symptom relief, and emotional support, guiding patients and their loved ones through a challenging time with empathy, respect, and kindness.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient comfort and implement individualized palliative care plans.

Manage pain, medication, and any distressing symptoms to ensure quality of life.

Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and family members.

Coordinate care with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other team members.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospice regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Valid RN or CNA certification for hospice work in California.

Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care.

Compassion, excellent communication, and emotional resilience.
