Work Schedule:

12‑hour shifts including weekend and holidays

Salary range: $89.06 – $127.19 per hour (NP2); $80.34 per hour for NP1 (less than 6 months experience)

This is an inpatient Hematology/Oncology Adult Acute Care NP position. It plays an essential role in delivering high‑quality care to a vulnerable and complex patient population receiving CAR‑T cell therapy.

• CA RN and CA NP license – required
• MSN/DNP in NP Specialty – required (Adult Acute Care NP Specialty)
• National certification in NP Specialty – required
• BLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association – required
• State of CA NP credentials, NPI #, DEA #, PECOS enrollment, CURES enrollment – required
• Hem/Onc NP experience – strongly preferred
• NP experience preferred; new‑grad NPs with relevant hem/onc experience considered
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and other software programs – required
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative working relationships with administrative, clinical, and academic personnel – required
• Skill in working independently and following through with minimal direction – required
• Ability to set priorities – required
• Demonstrate writing skills to compose logical, detailed, grammatically correct correspondence – required
• Document patient care in a concise and comprehensive manner – required
