Detox Nurse LVN

Keystone Health Group is seeking to hire a full time or part time LVN to support clients in our detox and residential treatment program. This role focuses on monitoring client health, supporting medication processes, and maintaining clear clinical documentation during detox and residential care.

• Monitor clients during detox and residential treatment, including vital signs and overall condition
• Complete intake health screenings and ongoing clinical observations
• Observe and document withdrawal symptoms using CIWA and COWS
• Support medication processes as ordered by the medical team
• Receive, log, store, and document medications accurately
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
• Communicate with clinical, medical, and operations staff regarding client status
• Escalate medical or safety concerns as appropriate
• Observe and document medication administration
• Maintain medication logs and related documentation
• Assist with routine audits and clinical records
• Support coordination of lab work or medical appointments when needed

Required

• Active California LVN or RN license
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred

• Experience or exposure to detox, residential treatment, or behavioral health
• Experience in substance use treatment or mental health settings
• Familiarity with withdrawal management protocols
