Join a regional neonatal care team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), providing advanced, family-centered care across Level III and Level IV NICUs in California’s Central Valley.
- Serve a defined patient population as an expert clinician, educator, and advocate in collaboration with neonatologists.
- Support the Level III NICU at a major medical center, with opportunities to rotate through a Level IV NICU and other regional facilities.
- Work within a large perinatal network supporting high-volume neonatal admissions and access to subspecialists.
- Ideal candidates have 5+ years NICU experience or are new graduate NNPs, with required master’s degree, certifications, and licensure.
- Offer 24-hour rotating shifts with competitive pay ($75-$111/hr) and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and professional development.
