Full Job Description

We are looking for a kind and passionate LVN to work in our Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, passing medications, electronic charting, assisting healthcare professionals, and consulting patients' families.

To be successful as an LVN, you must have a passion for helping others and the patience to assist difficult patients or family members. A good LVN balances empathy with professional care.

LVN Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' vital signs.
• Ensure medication administration.
• Observe patients' progress throughout treatment.
• Consult with patients' families about their progress.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational nursing program.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Professional conduct at all times.
• Ability to keep patient information confidential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree (Preferred)
• Medication Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
• LVN certification (Required)
