About the RoleWe’re looking for Nurse Practitioners passionate about women’s health for Tia’s East and West LA clinics. You will be an integral part of our care delivery system, providing affirming primary care, gynecological services, procedures and holistic whole‑person care. You will also participate in technology development, interdisciplinary case studies, protocol development, and innovation.
ScheduleSet with flexibility. Open to part‑time and full‑time employment. Offer 10‑hr or 8‑hr days. Start times: 7‑9 a.m. for early shifts or 10‑12 p.m. for later shifts. Expectation: one evening shift per week.
A Bit About You- You’re motivated to elevate women’s care with shared‑decision making.
- You believe each woman knows her body best and practice this by partnering on health journeys.
- You’re familiar with technology.
- You are a tolerant and inclusive thinker who values sex‑positive, non‑judgmental, radically inclusive healthcare.
- Board certified Nurse Practitioner in California with an unrestricted license, able to provide primary and gynecological care.
- Proficient in annual exams, pap smears, hypertension and diabetes management, mental health support, urgent care, basic dermatology, STD screens, urinary tract and vaginal infection consults.
- Highly tech‑savvy.
- Willing to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Procedural skills: IUD insertions, Nexplanon insertion, colposcopy, or willingness to learn.
- A diverse background that brings varied care experiences and modalities.
- Formal training in trauma‑informed care, LGBTQ+ inclusive care, gender‑affirming hormone management, or integrative medicine.
