- Current California RN license
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association
- BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program and completion within 2 years from an accredited program
- Two years clinical experience in an acute care facility
- Prior leadership experience as a relief charge nurse or supervisor
- LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment
- Nationally recognized certification in specialty or leadership
- Previous Management experience preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
