Hours:

7:00 pm – 7:30 am. Must be able to work 3×12 shifts per week and weekends and holidays. There are no fixed schedules.

The Care Partner provides patient and administrative support to Nursing staff as necessary. Patient Care responsibilities include vital signs, measurements (intake, output, drain output, height, weight, head circumference), etc. 6 East is a 32‑bed medical/surgical unit that provides high quality post‑operative nursing care for simple, complex and specialized surgical procedures for the specialties of orthopedics, neurosurgery, trauma, plastics, ENT, urology and general surgery.

• Able to write, speak fluently and understand English.
• 1+ year previous experience as a PCSA, Medical Assistant or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) preferred.
• Nursing Student Applicants: completion of pediatric rotation preferred.

• High School graduate and American Heart Association BLS required.

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.
