A healthcare facility in Tarzana, CA is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to lead its Mother Baby Unit
. This role is responsible for the clinical and operational management of postpartum and newborn care services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient- and family-centered care.

The Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations, lead nursing staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support excellence in maternal-newborn health outcomes and patient experience.

• Provide leadership and supervision for nursing and support staff in the Mother Baby Unit.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and operational workflows.
• Support staff education, development, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, clinical standards, and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Lead and support initiatives to improve quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in budget planning, policy development, and strategic initiatives.

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Licensure & Certifications (Required Upon Hire):
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of California
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
