Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced California licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to work on-call hours/shifts. The RN initiates and coordinates the hospice care plan, supervises CHHAs and LVNs, and provides skilled hospice and palliative care services. The RN collaborates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, reviews and updates care plans, performs medical treatments, conducts assessments, and educates patients and caregivers. Must be comfortable with computers and EMR systems.
Candidates should possess a compassionate attitude, good communication skills, and be available for after-hours and weekend shifts. Please contact us for current availability in our service areas:

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current RN license in California; BSN preferred. Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing is encouraged.
- At least one year of professional nursing experience within the last 3 years or a Baccalaureate in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation.
