Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler seeks an experienced ICU RN with a current CA license and critical care certifications for a night shift travel assignment.

Job Details

• Position based in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within a hospital setting,

• 12-hour night shifts from 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM,

• 36 hours per week,

• Uses EPIC EMR system,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at time of application,

• Completion of an accredited nursing program,

• At least 1 year of recent ICU experience within the last 3 years,

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications,

• Preferred qualifications include a BSN, 2 years of recent ICU experience, NIH Stroke Scale certification, CCRN, and dialysis or SLED experience,

• All required credentials and certifications must be active, no pending licenses accepted,

• Submission requires last 4 digits of SSN and DOB,

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care environment, monitoring and responding to complex clinical situations,

• Team-oriented environment with multidisciplinary collaboration,

• Assignment subject to 2-year maximum per health system policy, requiring a 90-day break after two years,

• COVID and flu vaccination may be required,
