• Provide care as an extension of the Family Medicine MD through clinic appointments, including physicals, PHASEs, wellness visits (WWE), routine care, sick visits, urgent care, and post‑hospital discharge follow‑ups.
• Collaborate closely with the Family Medicine MD and Internal Medicine team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate care and referrals with specialists across the PIH Health network using a unified EMR system.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, health management, and wellness strategies.
• Manage a full patient caseload independently while maintaining strong communication with the care team.
• Apply expertise in primary care, family medicine, and women’s health for patients of all ages.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

• Current California Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
• Graduate of an accredited Family Medicine NP/PA Master’s program.
• Minimum of 3 years previous experience in Family Medicine.
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Evidence of continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure.

Preferred: Proficiency in Spanish or Korean.

Compensation Range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year.
