Family Nurse Practitioner – Azza Health Care Agency
We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications- Conduct physical exams, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostic results.
- Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
- Document encounters accurately in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
- Qualifications include an active FNP or PA license in California, with experience in primary care preferred; proficiency in EMR/EHR, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication.

Exeter, CA. Full‑time or part‑time roles available, with a base pay starting at $135,200 annually.
