OPEN JOB: RN Nurse Manager - Mother Baby / Obstetrics
LOCATION: Tarzana, California
Hiring Bonus: $10,000 for eligible hires!
SALARY: $154,835 to $241,115
BONUS ELIGIBLE

Ideal Candidate- Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager experience in OB, Postpartum, or L&D.
- RN experience in a hospital/acute care setting (excluding training/school/clinicals). At least 2 years of direct RN clinical experience in Postpartum and/or Labor and Delivery departments.
- Seeking an experienced Nurse Leader passionate about Mother Baby/Postpartum care. The RN Nurse Manager will oversee the Mother Baby unit and mentor clinical staff.
- Responsible for ensuring high patient and customer satisfaction through quality care and service. Will supervise functions and activities in the assigned areas.
- Manage 24 Mother Baby Rooms, providing essential care to newborns and their families.

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
