The Mother Baby Nurse Manager will guide a Postpartum Unit within a Baby-Safe designated hospital that champions couplet care, rooming-in, lactation support, and evidence-based postpartum practices. In this Mother Baby Nurse Manager role, modern family birth suites, seamless care transitions, and a strong focus on maternal mental health, breastfeeding success, and safe discharge planning create an exceptional patient experience for growing families.

The Mother Baby Nurse Manager will report to the Director of Women’s and Children’s Services and lead a collaborative team of charge RNs, lactation consultants, postpartum educators, and support staff within a diverse, friendly, and highly skilled interdisciplinary team. As the Mother Baby Nurse Manager, core responsibilities include daily operations, staffing and scheduling, quality and safety outcomes, regulatory readiness, budget stewardship, pathway optimization, staff education, and shared governance—supported by committed physician partners, neonatology, anesthesia, pediatrics, social work, and case management.
