OB​/GYN Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides patient assessments, performs physical exams, and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure quality, continuous care.

• Practices under established protocols aligned with California Board standards and office policies.
• Conducts age-appropriate assessments, reviews medical records, and orders diagnostic tests as needed.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and providers, ensuring smooth workflow and patient-centered care.
• Delegates tasks, evaluates team effectiveness, and responds to emergencies following protocols.
• Maintains professional responsibility, participates in staff development, quality improvement, and research activities.
• Utilizes technology for documentation and communication. Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and ethical practice.

3-5 years of experience, Master's degree in Nursing (Adult, Family Practice, or Women's Health NP), valid California RN and NP licenses, and related certifications.
