Family Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team in Exeter, CA. The role involves providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and managing acute and chronic conditions.

• Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications, perform diagnostics, and educate patients.
• Manage acute pain, chronic illnesses, and coordinate outpatient care.
• Utilize EMR systems like eClinical
  
  Works for documentation.
• Perform procedures such as suturing and injections.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Provide telehealth services and ensure compliance with HIPAA.
• Ideal candidates have primary care experience, work with diverse populations, and are proficient in medical coding.
