Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) – Woodland Care Center

Join our compassionate healthcare team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN). Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will provide a full range of nursing care to our residents, ensuring the highest quality care.

Salary Range: $35.00 per hour

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents.
• Conduct daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status.
• Administer medication.
• Monitor resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

• LVN/LPN with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency or willingness to learn.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral care / memory care experience.
• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC).
