Charity Event Coordinator; Entry Level

Milevista is a community-focused outreach and event marketing firm that partners with respected nonprofit organizations to increase public awareness, long-term support, and charitable giving through live events and face-to-face engagement.

We proudly support organizations such as Operation Smile and Habitat for Humanity through in-person community events designed to connect people with causes that make a real difference.

We are currently hiring Entry-Level Charity Event Coordinators to join our Los Angeles team.

This is not a traditional sales role. Instead, you will engage with community members, educate them about the nonprofits we represent, and assist those who choose to sign up to donate or support. Team members are compensated based on the amount of donations and support they help generate.

• Represent nonprofit partners at local community events and outreach campaigns
• Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and informative way
• Educate individuals on the mission and impact of each charity
• Guide supporters through the donation and sign-up process
• Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Track engagement and donation activity throughout events
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, and event coordination
• Work closely with a collaborative and purpose-driven team

• Strong communication and people skills
• Outgoing, positive, and comfortable speaking with new individuals
• Passion for charitable causes and community impact
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Reliable and professional work ethic
• No prior experience required — full paid training provided
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or volunteering is a plus
