Title: Operations Associate
Reports to: Senior Director, Marketing & Communications
Classification: Part-Time (Associate Role)
Pay Rate: $20
Position SummaryThe Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation (LADF) Associates Program is designed to support the mission of LADF by assisting across all functional areas: development, programs, and operations. Associates engage with the local community and expand the organization’s impact throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. The program is a highly competitive, paid, year-long experience designed to provide college, graduate, and recent graduates with professional and personal development in a nonprofit sports team foundation setting.
Associates work across departments, gaining insight into programs, development, and operations. The 2026 Associates Program will be in-person and follow all LA County health and safety guidelines. This is a seasonal, part-time position.
LADF offices are located at 100 N. Crescent Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90210; additional work locations may include Dodger Stadium and within the greater Los Angeles community.

Position Summary: The Operations department is seeking two Associate roles:

The Marketing & Operations Associate supports LADF’s visibility strategy through content development, social media support, and operations. The role involves day-to-day content creation, digital engagement, and amplification of LADF’s mission and impact. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about using marketing to elevate awareness, engage the community, and celebrate LADF’s work. Under the supervision of the Senior Director, Marketing & Communications, this role offers hands-on experience in nonprofit marketing, digital storytelling, and content production in a mission-driven setting.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support social media planning and content development across LADF platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, Linked In, Facebook, You Tube).
- Draft and schedule social media posts, email content, and internal marketing materials in alignment with LADF’s strategic calendar.
- Assist in designing marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite if proficient.
- Help track and organize digital performance metrics using LADF’s tools and templates.
- Contribute to email marketing, digital fundraising campaigns, and newsletter preparation.
- Capture and curate content at community events, activations, and special moments (photos, short videos, testimonials).
- Help collect and organize stories highlighting LADF’s impact, partners, scholars, and program participants.
- Assist with short-form video creation and editing for social media and presentations.
- Maintain and organize LADF’s photo and video libraries for access and archival.
- Support storytelling projects, including scholar spotlights, donor features, and community highlights.
- Support all LADF activities as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Operations Associate provides support across executive, event, and operational functions. This role works with LADF’s Operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, event execution, and internal support. Duties include executive assistance, office support, processing check requests, event logistics, and supporting LADF’s Associate Program development. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to LADF’s mission in nonprofit management, events, and philanthropy.
