- Bachelor's in Psychology/Sociology/Human Services or 2 years social-services experience
- 3 years working with emotionally disturbed youth; 1 year case management preferred
- Valid CA driver's license, insurance, and reliable field-ready transportation
- Solid documentation and tech skills
- Knowledge of case management practices and community resources
- Ability to manage crises and maintain clear boundaries
- Strong organization, follow-through, and teamwork skills
- Calm, confident crisis response
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Team collaboration with families, schools, and clinicians
- Sound judgment and ethical decision-making
- Adaptability, resilience, and a strengths-based mindset
