A Jewish community organization seeks a Program Manager for NuRoots Community to engage young adults in meaningful Jewish experiences. This role requires community building, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for Judaism. Responsibilities include developing engagement plans, organizing events, and collaborating with volunteers. Flexibility in work hours is essential, with a hybrid model in place. BA degree preferred and 2-3 years of relevant experience required.

Knowledge of the diverse Los Angeles Jewish community is a plus.
