Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Lead to take ownership of creative execution and contribute meaningfully to marketing strategy and business growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, scrappy, high-growth environment and wants to grow alongside the company.
This role is ideal for a jack-of-all-trades marketer
—someone who is equally comfortable producing content hands-on (video, photography, graphics) and thinking critically about performance, analytics, and how marketing efforts drive revenue and growth.
You will be responsible for executing creative across social media, eCommerce platforms, product marketing, and brand assets—while continuously analyzing what’s working, what’s not, and how to improve. Tool preference is less important than efficiency, ownership, and results

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production- Produce product photography, including staging, shooting, and post-processing
- Shoot and edit video content for social, product listings, and marketing campaigns
- Create visual assets for both digital and physical use
- Maintain a high bar for creative quality while working efficiently and independently
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond in a timely and professional manner
- Support content ideation aligned with brand goals, launches, and promotions
- Manage and grow the company’s You Tube channel
- Upload and optimize videos (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, organization)
- Support a consistent and scalable video content strategy
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews across platforms
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities and communicate them internally
- Help maintain a consistent, professional, and trustworthy brand voice
- Create and maintain visual assets for company websites and marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
- Support product listings with images, videos, and instructional or educational visuals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to support new products and updates
- Track and evaluate performance of content and campaigns across platforms
- Use data and insights to inform creative decisions and optimization
- Contribute ideas and recommendations that support business growth, conversion, and brand expansion
- Proven experience in a high-growth, startup, or scrappy environment where wearing multiple hats was required
- Hands-on experience with video editing, photography, and digital content production
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
- Experience managing or contributing to You Tube or video-first platforms
- Comfort working across multiple projects and platforms simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through execution
- Marketing analytics mindset with an interest in performance, optimization, and growth
- Google Marketing experience or certification is a strong plus
