About the RoleWe are hiring a Tik Tok Influencer Recruitment Manager with around 1 year of hands-on influencer signing experience
. This role focuses on recruiting and signing Tik Tok creators for e-commerce and affiliate sales. It is a clear KPI-driven position with a stable base salary plus signing bonuses.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who understands creator signing workflows and can consistently close deals.
Responsibilities- Source, approach, and communicate with Tik Tok e-commerce creators
- Negotiate and close influencer signing agreements
- Achieve a monthly target of 10–20 signed Tik Tok influencers
- Clearly explain cooperation models, revenue sharing, and onboarding processes to creators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers before and after signing
- Coordinate contract execution and onboarding with internal teams
- Track signing progress and continuously improve outreach efficiency
- At least 1 year of experience in influencer / KOL / MCN signing or talent management
- Familiar with Tik Tok creator and e-commerce ecosystems
- Strong communication and persuasion skills; confident in one-on-one creator conversations
- Relationship-oriented mindset with good emotional intelligence
- Comfortable working with clear monthly targets and KPIs
- Self-motivated, organized, and execution-focused
- Existing Tik Tok creator contacts are a plus, but not required
- 10–20 Tik Tok creators signed per month
- Signing conversion rate
- Creator cooperation quality and retention
- Base salary + signing bonus (per influencer signed)
- Performance-based incentives tied directly to signing results
- Clear growth path to Senior Influencer Manager / Team Lead
- Exposure to real Tik Tok commerce projects and creator monetization strategies
- Fast-paced, practical, and result-oriented team environment
- Experience with Tik Tok Shop, affiliate sales, or live commerce
- Background in influencer management
- Bilingual (English / Chinese) communication skills
