📍Los Angeles | Full-time
About KinnKinn Studio is a modern heirloom fine-jewelry brand based in Los Angeles. We create timeless pieces designed to be worn daily and passed down for generations. Rooted in craftsmanship and storytelling, our work balances vintage inspiration with a modern point of view.
We’re a founder-led, high-growth brand entering our next phase of scale — and ecommerce sits at the center of that growth.
The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Ecommerce Coordinator to fully own Kinn’s ecommerce experience. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants real responsibility — not just execution, but ownership.
You’ll partner closely with our Founder & CEO on ecommerce strategy, bringing ideas, recommendations, and insights to the table — and then independently executing once aligned. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, notices what’s not working, and takes initiative to improve it.
What You’ll Own Ecommerce Performance & Optimization- Own the health and performance of Kinn’s ecommerce site, with a focus on conversion rate and cart value.
- Monitor site performance regularly and identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.
- Translate data and customer behavior into actionable improvements.
- Continuously test and refine PDPs, collections, navigation, and on-site messaging.
- Serve as the day-to-day owner of Shopify.
- Manage product setup, collections, merchandising, promotions, and content updates.
- Ensure accuracy across pricing, inventory presentation, imagery, and product details.
- Partner with external developers or freelancers as needed and manage execution.
- Own ecommerce execution for product launches, drops, and promotions.
- Ensure the site is fully ready for launches — from merchandising to messaging to customer experience.
- Partner cross-functionally to align timing, priorities, and execution.
- Catch issues before they reach the customer.
- Partner closely with the Retention Coordinator on email and SMS execution.
- Support launches and promotions through aligned site experience and merchandising.
- Ensure ecommerce and retention efforts work together to maximize performance.
- Bring proactive ecommerce ideas, tests, and recommendations to the CEO.
- Help shape ecommerce strategy and priorities based on data and customer insight.
- Execute independently once direction is aligned — without needing constant oversight.
- Communicate clearly around risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities
- Ecommerce runs smoothly, accurately, and intentionally.
- Launches feel polished, thoughtful, and on-brand.
- Conversion and cart value improve over time through consistent optimization.
- Ecommerce insights are proactive, not reactive.
- The CEO trusts you as the owner of ecommerce — not just a doer.
- 4–6+ years of ecommerce experience, ideally in DTC or consumer brands
- Deep Shopify experience (non-negotiable)
- Experience working with Klaviyo and supporting email/SMS programs
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- A commercial mindset — you think about how customers shop and why
- Comfortable working directly with a founder and operating with autonomy
- Someone who takes ownership, asks smart questions, and improves what they touch
- Basic HTML/CSS experience is a plus, but not required.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-paid life insurance
- 401(k) plan with a 4% company match
- Paid time off
- Employee discount on Kinn jewelry
- Annual Holiday Party
- Invitations to pop-ups and other company events
