MGA Entertainment is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Media Manager to support the planning, buying, and execution of media campaigns for our award-winning portfolio of brands. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role focuses on the daily management of media placements and ensuring all campaigns reach their target audiences effectively across various channels.
Responsibilities Media Planning & Implementation- Assist in the development and execution of customized media plans for MGA brands.
- Apply audience insights and market trends to help build diverse media mixes that reach core audiences.
- Coordinate with Brand Teams to ensure media schedules align with specific marketing initiatives and timelines.
- Manage media purchases and placements across digital (You Tube, CTV, programmatic, gaming), social, TV, and OOH.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors to ensure the delivery of scheduled placements and added-value opportunities.
- Monitor daily budget pacing to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Directly oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns to ensure seamless delivery.
- Collaborate with the in-house Data Analyst to track performance and implement real-time optimizations.
- Prepare post-campaign reports and performance summaries for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Creative and PR teams to ensure assets are delivered and integrated correctly into media placements.
- Work with Social Media leads to support campaign amplification.
- Provide necessary media documentation to Sales Teams for retail activations.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. - Experience:
4–6 years of experience in media planning and buying (adjusted from Senior Manager requirements). - Digital Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of digital channels and experience with traditional media like TV or OOH. - Analytical
Skills:
Proficient in media analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Nielsen. - Project Management:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously.
