The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales collateral for Rehrig Pacific. This individual will support growth objectives for each business unit, focusing primarily on Logistics Solutions. They will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including new product development and sales.
What You’ll Do
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market and customer research to understand target audiences and buying behavior.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategy.
- Monitor competitor activity and keep the team updated on emerging marketing innovations, including AI and automation.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product launches and build high‑impact marketing strategies.
Event Marketing Management
- Lead all marketing aspects of trade shows and industry events.
- Create supporting collateral, including social media content and promotional materials.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure event goals are met and identify strategic sponsorship opportunities.
Data Analysis & Performance Metrics
- Track and measure performance of paid and organic campaigns.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations to optimize future marketing activities.
- Work with agency partners and Marketing Technology leadership to deliver insights and reports.
- Develop sales tools, presentations, and collateral aligned to market insights and customer feedback.
- Support sales leaders by ensuring materials are aligned with business objectives and messaging.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of B2B marketing or brand development experience (supply chain/logistics exposure is a plus).
- Proven success driving marketing strategies that generate leads and revenue.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
- Creative thinker with curiosity, resilience, and passion for innovation.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and deliver results.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% by air to U.S. cities.
