As anE‑Commerce Assistant, you will play an integral role in our growing digital team—working closely across marketing, operations, and customer experience. This position offers broad exposure to all facets of a modern fashion brand, from online product launches to social media strategy and content coordination. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo, learn how digital systems and operations connect behind the scenes, and directly impact how our brand shows up across channels.
We’re looking for someone who is tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and excited to learn. Prior Shopify experience is strongly preferred, and1–2 years of professional work experience is ideal. However, exceptional candidates without prior full‑time experience will be considered based on skills, drive, and professional DNA. You should be comfortable working in digital systems and e‑commerce platforms, curious about how tools and processes work together, and confident using Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Shopify & Site Management:
Assist with uploading and updating product listings, ensure launch accuracy, and help maintain visually consistent, error‑free web pages. - Customer
Experience:
Respond to order and return inquiries with professionalism, resolve issues promptly, and help identify recurring customer feedback trends. - Social Media Strategy Support:
Coordinate influencer and PR gifting logistics, maintain tracking calendars, and collaborate with internal partners to execute campaigns. - Imagery & Content Coordination:
Organize product assets, communicate feedback to photographers and editors, and ensure imagery aligns with brand standards and product data. - Stock & Reporting Support:
Help monitor inventory accuracy, flag stock opportunities, and assist with basic reporting on traffic, conversion, and product performance.

This role is on-site and is based in LA.
